ART EXHIBITION

“Beyond the Diagnosis: Portraits of Hope for Rare Diseases”

The exhibition, created by the U.S.-based nonprofit Beyond the Diagnosis, will accompany the symposium throughout its duration.

A curated selection of 20 portraits of children affected by rare diseases will be installed at the Porticato Richini and will be accessible to symposium participants, students, and the general public.

Guided tours will foster reflection on diagnosis, treatment, empathy, and the doctor–patient relationship.

This marks the first time the exhibition will be presented in Europe thanks to the support from CHOPS Foundation, Cool Cars for Kids foundation and and University of Milan.
